Modalities I Use 

My approach to therapy is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand the different “parts” of themselves that influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also use Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), particularly in couples work, to help partners better understand each other’s inner experiences. 

In addition, I draw from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and communication skills. Mindfulness practices are also woven throughout my work, helping clients stay present and respond with greater awareness. Together, these approaches support meaningful and lasting change.
