There is a part of you that is seeking counseling. For one reason or another the load that you are carrying has become too difficult to carry alone. I welcome that part of you, the part that is reaching out for help. There may also be a part of you that is reluctant to seek therapy. Perhaps you tried it before and it wasn’t helpful, or you’re not completely on-board with the thought of being emotionally vulnerable with a stranger. I welcome that part of you too. And to the parts of you that are feeling frustrated, sad, angry, needy, hopeless, to the parts of you that have historically been too much for others to handle, I welcome all of those parts of you too.
"If you get the inside right, the rest will fall into place."
— Eckhart Tolle
As a Marriage, Couple and Family Therapist, my work is focused on relationships. I am interested in exploring your relationships with others, as well as your internal relationships, and your relationship with your Self. Whether you are seeking individual, couple, or family therapy, it is my belief that nurturing your internal relationships is fundamental to external change.
